We are constantly making new and innovative material handling products for our customers. Since we make our own molds in-house, custom products are possible at a low cost and with a fast turn-around. Our latest additions are shown below (as well as on the corresponding web pages):
GGS-40 Pallet Container. Stacking pallet container compliments our GG-line with a new footprint and capacity. Fork pockets allow dumping with a rotating forklift, and can also be moved by a narrow pallet-jack. Overall size of 40″ x 34″ x 42″ tall, ID 36″ x 30″ x 36″ tall.
UF-26 Rolling Container. Tall unit is able to be used in tight locations. Also available as a bin only. Overall size of 20.5″ x 15″ x 26.5″ tall, ID 17.5″ x 12.5″.
LP-28 Pallet Container. This container is almost a combination of our poly-bins/trucks with pallet feet built in instead of wheels. Overall size of 39″ x 27″ x 28″ tall, with optional lid available. They nest inside each other to save space and have two-way fork entry. Optional dollies allow the unit to be wheeled around as well.
DWP-18 Pallet Container. We’ve expanded our double-walled pallet container line, adding a larger unit with overall size of 53″ x 53″ x 18″ tall. (ID is 49″ x 49″ x 9″ tall) Pallet container has a flat interior bottom and two-way fork entry.
GL-40 Tall Notch-Front Cart. Cart is designed to nest with other units when empty. Large capacity in a small footprint. 29″ x 30″ x 47″ overall height including casters. Molded plastic body mounted on an all-welded steel dolly for excellent durability.
MD-7424 Extra-Long Tray. This industrial-grade tray measures 74.5″ x 24″ x 4″ tall and is built to take substantial abuse. Please see more information at the Rotationally Molded Trays section under the Boxes & Trays tab.
PB-24 Large Poly-Bin. The addition of the PB-24 brings our poly-bin line to 23 sizes! Same size as the PB-22, but with increased capacity by incorporating a flat bottom versus the recessed bottom on the PB-22. Soon to be added to our Poly-Truck line as well. The KC-60 Enormous Pallet Container. Bayhead’s largest industrial-grade pallet container to include fork tubes & four-way fork entry. Overall size is 63″ x 50″ x 49″ tall giving it a 540 gallon capacity. Please see our Large Capacity Pallet Container page for more information.
UT-60 enormous Poly-Truck. Bayhead makes 22 poly-trucks in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. This unit is also our largest – 60 bushels. Overall size is 59″ x 53″ x 52″ tall. An access notch is molded into one side. Please see our Poly-Trucks page for more information.
BS-103 – Bayhead’s longest box with lid. We’ve upped our long-box game by producing a unit that is 103″ in length. Overall dimensions of the molded box are 103″ x 5.25″ x 4.5″ tall. Includes telescoping lid. Gray color standard – other colors available at no extra cost for minimum quantities. (Picture below shows two 8-foot long florescent light bulbs in box with lid at the side.)
PG-60 Huge Flat-Topped Pallet – four-way fork entry. Pallet has an overall size of 60″ x 60″ x 8″ and a standard capacity of 2000 pounds. (Higher weight capacities available and custom colors available.)
Modified Tilt Trucks with all-swivel Casters. We can modify our products to match your needs. This tilt truck was modified with all-swivel casters to allow movement in very tight locations. Let us know your requirements!
UT-45 Poly-truck with notched side. Overall size of 70″ x 55″ x 49″ tall including casters. Molded polyethylene body is mounted on an all-welded steel dolly with 5″ casters welded in a corner pattern. Height of drop-side is 29.5″ from the floor of the truck.
LT-86 Large Ribbed Tray. Overall size of the tray is 86″ x 42″ x 6″. Ribs molded into the bottom of the tray provide rigidity while also raising contents off bottom surface. Trays nest inside each other when empty.
KW-9 – Bayhead’s (formally) longest container with lid. Overall size of the container is 93″ x 13″ x 12″ overall height. The container has a rolled rim and includes the lid. Truly remarkable size!
UT-11 Narrow Poly-Truck. Overall size of the cart is 55″ x 23″ x 30″ height including 5″ casters. Very narrow cart is able to fit in tight spaces. Diamond-pattern caster mounting on all-welded steel dolly.
PI-12 Low-height Rolling Cart. Overall size of 45″ x 45″ x 18.5″ (including 5″ casters). Interior dimensions of 40.5″ x 40.5″. Optional plastic lid also available. (Also available as a low-walled, flat-bottomed container as follows:PIT-12 — Overall size of 45″ x 45″ and bottom ID of 38″ x 38″. 12″ depth. Lid available.)
CL-40 — Nesting Pallet with Rim has an overall size of 40″ x 35″ x 6″ and holds 1500 pounds. Four-way fork entry.
MG-26 — Straight-walled Pallet Container with 4-way fork access. Overall size of 43.5″ x 43.5″ x 26″. Includes lid which allows stacking of multiple parts.
WG-59 — Tall Pallet Container with 4-way fork access. Overall size of 48″ x 41″ x 59″ and able to be moved with pallet jack or forklift. Unique corrugated bottom for extra strength or for draining contents.
Tilt trucks with Bayne tipper modification — Our 5/8 and 1.1 cubic yard tilt trucks in “standard” & “heavy-duty” versions are available modified to work with the Bayne hydraulic tipper machines. Please contact us for more information.
